A GENERAL ORDER.

The founders of the National Volunteer movement are taking no notice of tho claims of the Parliamentary parties beyond issuing a general order stating that volunteers shall not participate iv any political movement, local government, or Parliamentary election, or in any demonstration of a sectional or political character. A two hundred-ton schooner-yacht, the property of a gentleman associated with Ulster's challenge for the America Cup, landed three thousand Mausers in daylight on tho County Down coast, in Belfast harbour.
