DR. McNAB v. THE "DOMINION."
(VRZB6 ASSOCIATIONr TEtEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, June 5. Acting on behalf of Dr. Robert McNab, Messrs Findlay, Dalziel and Co. to-day served a writ on the Wellington Publishing Co., claiming £1000 damages for libel, alleged to be contained in a letter published in the "Dominion" on June Ist, over tho signature of R. S. Carnck, commenting on Dr. McNab's connexion with the publication of New Zealand historical records.
