Mr Russell dealt at great lcngtli with finance, scathingly criticised the Govornmont on this atatT other matters, and dealt with tho criticisms of tho Opposition by Ministers, and with tho strike. A vote of thanks to Mr Russell and confidence in tho - Party he represented, was carried.
