CARRANZA AGREES TO MEDIATION.
(Received April 30th, 10.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 29. Carranza has agreed to accept South American mediation in the settlement of his dispute with Huerta. Tho mediators confidently expect thit Huerta will ae-ccpt tho armistice proposal, tho United States being agreeablo.
