ELIMINATION OF HUERTA.
MEXICO AND THE UNITED STATES.
THE TERMS OF MEDIATION
(Bt Cable —Prr«» Association.—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, April 29. Nobody has any inkling of the terms of mediation with Mexico. It is assumed that Huerta's elimination will be ono of America's stipulations. The South American Republics negotiating for a settlement, havo formally asked the United States and Mexico to agree to an armistice. Reports from Mexico City indicate that there is little chance of mediation being acceptable to Mexicans generally.
