It was decided t-o open the eeasen on Saturday week. The appointment of selectors was left in the hands of the committoe. The proposed amendments to the oompetition ru'.cs by the Canterbtiry Rugby Union were discussed, and i: was resolved to leave the matter in the hands of the dub's dele--5a tee.
