Albanians are attacking the Christians, and women are being outraged. Inter-tribal fights continue. Easad Pasha's partisans, in some localities; refuse to recognise the Albanian authorities. a stabbing" affray. (Received March 15th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 14. Advices from Philippopolis state that Sakik Bey, a Turkish Liberal, was attacked in a street and stabbed with a knife in tho left side, supposedly by a Young Turk emissary/who escaped.
