DISTURBANCES AT KIEFF.
A PARADE OF FORCE.
A celebration at Kieff jed to disturbances, and extraordinary precautions were taken. A division, of mfantry, with machine Kirns, paraded the mam etreete, while a military airship hovered overhead. Seventy-two men were arrested, while many were severely wounded. A section of the Press asserts that it was a pro-Austrian demonstration.
