VARIOUS PARADES.
A parade of the Ist (Canterbury) Regiment, under the command of Major Murphy, will bo held to-day. It will count as whole day parado and will be from 2.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. The Regiment will operate in the Fendalton district in the direction of tho Waimakariri river-bed A parade of the Senior Cadets similar to that of last Saturday will also bo held this afternoon. General A. J. Godley, C.8., general officer commanding tho N.Z. Military Forces, will inspect the Boys' High School Senior Cadets on Monday at 4 p.m., on the school parade ground. The officer commanding the district will inspect the West Christchurch Hijih School Senior Cadets at Hagley Park at 2.30 p.m. on Friday, 20th inst. He will also inspect the Boys' High School and the Christ's College Cadets at 4 p.m. tbat day at the same
