WELLINGTON REGATTA.

The Canterbury Rowing Club will he re-" presented in three events at tbe Wellington Regatta to-day. N. R. Sime, L. F. Parson, E. XV. Cuddon, and M. J. Guthrie will compete in the Maiden Four-oar Race aud the Maiden Pair-oar Race, and S. F. Johnson and V. D. Hewer in the Maiden Double Sculls. The crows left for Wellington by the Maori last- night. . SAILING AND POWER BOAT CLtTB. Owing to some of the motor speed launches effecting repairs, the race arranged for last Saturday did not como off. Arrangements are being made for a race on Saturday, tha 21st instant, starting as ■soon after 2 p.m. as possible, when it is expected* that the X QQ Mc, Uira, P.D.Q., and Active will compete. '
