In the Supreme Court, Edward Borland, 34, married, who pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and theft, was admitted to probation for eighteen months. Duncan McDougaU, who pleaded not guilty in connexion with the same offences, was found guilty and sentenced to six months' imprisonment. William Preston, charged with robbery with vioience, -.as found guilty and remanded for sentence.
