KOENIG v. SHACKLETON.
(Received March 6th, 12.25 a.m.) LONDON, March 5. Lieutenant Filchner asserts that he has transferred to Lieutenant Koenig the right to carry on the uncompleted programme of the Filchner expedition, which entitles Koenig to priority over Sir Ernest Shackleton.
