(Before Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Two first offenders for drunkenness were each fined os, in default twentyfour hours' imprisonment. THREATENING BEHAVIOUR. William Hayes and John Fraser wero charged with threatening behaviour in Hiijh street on Wednesday night, whereby a breach of the peace was occasioned.
