-Mr Churchill, in reply to Mr Allen Baker, in tho Houso of Commons, concorning tho British and German shipbuilding programmo, said that the displacements of all tho largest British battleships wero considerably below those of almost all tho latest ships being constructed abroad. The Admiralty was willing, he added, to join in an agreomont limiting the 6.Z6 of capital ships.
