Replying to Mr Bonar Law, in tho House of Commons. Sir Edward Grey said that several Americans had boon killod in Mexico. If the United States thought it proper to take steps on bohalf of its own subjects or British subjects, Britain would gladly await the result. Otherwiso sho would reserve tho right to secure reparation, but had no intention to send a force to blockade any port. Sir Edward Grey added that Britain did not intend to lot the matter rest.
