CHARGE OF ARSON.
GISBORNE, February 23. At Tologa Bay to-day Gustace George Fannin pleaded guilty to a. charge of arson, and was committed for sentence. His confession tothe'oolico implicated Thomas Wentworth _"artin owner of tho butcher's shop which was destroyed by fire, and a charge against Martin is now being heard.
