—. » . A BUSY TIME AHEAD. There are busy times ahead for the Conciliation Commissioner (Mr J; R. Triggs), and during the next three or four weeks, a large, number of industrial disputes will be heard by him. *' Mr Triggs, who left by the second express yesterday for Dunedin and Invercargill, informed a "Press"' reporter that he would be occupied at Dunedin to-day with the hearing of the dispute between the Dunedin Horse-cover Makers' Union and the employers; tomorrow, .he will hear thc dispute of the Invercargill Carpenters' Union, and on Thursday that of the Invercargill Journalists* Mr Triggs will return to Christchurch on Saturday. Five cases will occupy his attention in Christchurch next month. On March 3rd he will hear the dispute between the Christchurch Taxicab Drivers' Union and Adams, Ltd., and others; on March 6th. that between the United Boilermakers' and Iron and Steel Shipbuilders of Canterbury- and Andersons. Ltd., and otliers; on 'March llth, that between the Threshing Mill Employees and the employers; on .March 13th, the dispute between tho Christchurch Farriers' Industrial Union and Archer and others; and on March 17th, that between the Canterbury Metal Workers Assistants Union and'P. and D. Duncan, Ltd., and others.
