TERRIFIES PEOPLE OF HARTFORD.

The people of Hartford, Connecticut, were terrified by the appearance of a, sun-dog (a. mock sun). It was of remarkable boauty.
A heavy snowstorm followed. The sun-dog was predicted by the Weather Bureau.
