CHARGE OF MURDER.
(rs-sn AigociATiot* tulvorau.) WELLINGTON, February 16. John Alfred Tucker was charged at the Magistrate's Court with murdering Harry Gallagher, a trimmer on tho Makarini, and was remanded till Wednesday. The charge is tho outcome of a brawl outside a local hotel when it is alleeed that Tucker knocked Gallagher down.
