(Received February 10th, 11.55 p.m.)
LONDON, February 10
Mr Ramsay Macdonald, speaking at. Nelson, said the Labour Party intende" during the present session to introduco amendments more often than in any other session. They would make demands in connexion with these, and if tho Government met them they proposed to withdraw tho amendments. If the Tories opposed the withdrawal the Labourites would vote against their own amendments. Ho added that unless the Labourites got concessions, the amendments would bo carried to a division. Ho appealed for a still stronger Labour Party, contending that with a hundred members the Party ought to ho able .to rule the Houso of Commons and turn out Government-, and enter office.
