At a meeting of the- Waltham School Committee the Headmaster reported that the average attendance since re-aesembling was 610; highest, 6SI; roll number. 6SI. Miss Parsonson's resignation was accepted with regret. The treasurer reported tho School Incidental Account to be in credit £18 19s 4d, and the Bath Account £M 8 9e 4d. Messrs Wraif*bt, Besley, and Woodward were appointed a new Visiting Committee. The annual school picnic was fixed to tnke place on Febrtiarv 20th, at Dunsandel.
