Sydenham B, 166 for nine wickets, continued their innings against Sydenham A, who made J./9 in tneir nrst innings, and carried their total to 168 (Robson 65, Clarke 35, J. i'atrick 24, I'indlay 13). 'ihe A's in their second venture, playing with, only 7 men, scored only 17. Hayes captured four wickete for 12 runs. Requiring 29 to win, the B team hit them off with the loss or two wickets (Mehrtens 15).

Boys' High School, 1-10 and 42 for two wickets, continued their .second injiings at Sydenham, and made 101 (Austin 40, Shaw IT). Brown-and Morris took the wickets. Riccarton A, who had made 107 in their first innings, required 135 to win, and got them for the loss of three wickete (McQuillan 60, Ricketts 49, not out, Morris 31, not out). Linwood made, in their second innings against St. Albans, who had a lead of 23. 149 (Otley 49, Wilson 17, Reynolds 14 not out. Quartermain 12). Saints replies with 73 tor 5 (Strange 18. Johns 12).

West Christcburch, with a lead of 41, made 130 in their second innings (Donaldson 37, Holland 17, Collins 52). East Cliristchurch requiring 172 to win, made them for the loss of seven wickets (O'Laughlin 100 not out, Dobbs 26). In the .game between Linwood A and St Albans B. the former with a lead of 18. made 236 (Clark© 92, Johnston 05, Nevin .20 not ont, Kelly 20, P. Lye 16). Saints replied with three for 112 in second innings (Fletcher 43, Harrison 25, Walter 19 not out, Hickmott 12).

Christ's College, in their .first innings against Ea6t Christcuufcb B, had made 117, and East replied with
