I>r. Bose contends that Hindoos, as Aryans, are entitled to the same privileges a* are accorded to other Aryans. If their exclusion is necessary, the United States ought to make a gentlerran's agreement with the Indian Government, thus. avoiding a special law humiliating Hindcos.
