FIRES.
At 1.53 a.m. yesterday the brigad« turned out for a fire at No. 11 Dusraeh _ street, Sydenham, owned and occupied by Mr Edward Bradbury. Despite the efforts of tho brigade the building, consisting of si*< rooms, was totally destroyed. The insurances were:—Building £200 and contents £120, both m . the State office. Before the arrival ot the brigade the fire had spread to- No. 9, occupied by Mr Edward V allance and owned by Mrs Sloan, Poulsen street, Addington. The roof of the building was slightly damaged, but the content* wero not damaged.
