TURKEY URGED TO BUY SHIPS.
(Received October 29th, 10-15 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, October 29. Owing to Greece's reported purchase of the Chilian Dreadnought, Almirante Latorre, now building at the Elswick yards, tho Press urges that Turkish officials should forego part of their arrears of pay, and merchants surrender a percentage of their profits, to enable Turkey to purchase one or more Dreadnoughts.
