LOST OVERBOARD.
FATE OF TWO SEAMEN. (By Cable.—Presa Association.— Copyright) (Received October 29th. 8.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, October IWth. Th© captain of the barque Northern Chief, which arrived from Auckland today, reported that early on tue morning of the 16th, two seamen, named Schlatter and Enelson, whilst hauling on the forebrace, fell overboard owing to the vessel lurching. Life-belts and timber were thrown over, and a boat launched, but when.it reached the place where the men were last 6©en, no trace of them could be found*
