LOOPING THE LOOP.
AN AERIAL SENSATION. (By Cable—Pres3 Association.—Copyright.) PARIS, September 1. The aviator Pegoud, securely strapped to the new Bieriot monoplane at Wuvisy, ascended to-a height of 3000 feet, and caused tho monoplane to drop 1500 feet. Ho then made tho machine turn over and rise sharply, thereby looping tha loop. Tho wheels of the monoplane were uppermost for 400 yards. Pegoud, by means of the Bieriot stabilising apparatus, caused tho machine to return to tho normal and descended safely. Ho will repeat tho performance tomorrow in the presence of the Army Aviation Committee.
