It is understood that the Government intends to abandon a considerable number of measures, and the session will probably close before tho end of the month. A RAILWAY BILL. (Received September 3rd, 12.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, Septeriiber 2. A Bill will be introduced during the present session authorising a loan of £3,000.000 for railway construction, irrespective of the agreement with the Norton Griffiths Company.
