Last month 115 hours 40 minutes of sunshine were recorded, making an average of 3 hours 44 mimites per day. There were six sunless days. In August, 1911, 155 hours 21 minutes were recorded, and in August, 1912, 169 hours 5 minutes. Tho rainfall for the month was 3.53 in., rain, falling on 16 days.
