CANCELLATION OF RIFLE CLUB LICENSES. ("Times"-Sy_n.y "Sun" Special Cable—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received August 31st, 7.25 p.m.) LONDON, August 30. The Government has directed the cancellation of all licenses issued to riflo clubs in Ulster, anticipating, presumably, that tho clubs, numbering 140, will immediately disband, but tho majority of the members of the clubs have decided to pay tho ordinary license fee and continue to practise.
