THE SUFFRAGETTES.
THE ASSAULT ON MR ASQUITH. (By Cab'e. —Preaa Association.—Copyright.) LONDON, August 29. The assault by the suffragettes was made when Mr Asquith was at the seventh hole. He finished the game and was heartily cheered by the crowd of visitors. The Primo Minister's assailants were Winnie Wallace, of Dundee, and Flora Smith, of Edinburgh. Both were charged with assault and remanded.
