THE POWERS' ATTITUDE.
(Received August 31st, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, August 30. Reuter denies the Vienna statement that the Powers have agreed to boycott Turkey financially, and states that if Bulgaria and Turkey agree respecting Adrianople the Powers will acquiesce in such agreement.
