RIOTS AT SEATTLE.
(Bj Cable.—Prfis* A«eoci»tion.—Copyri»lU NEW YOKK, July 18. A crowd at Seattle, incited by a woman speaker, attacked three soldiers and two sailors. The woman had abused the Army .and Navy. Timely arrival of the police prevented eerious injury. (Received July 20th, 5.5 p.m.) SEATTLE, July 19. Sailors and militia, attacked the headquarters of the International Workers of the World, burning the contents in an effort to -ileaii up tho city. Thcro wore no arrests.
