In re the Settlers' Land Act, 1908, and.re Lewis AVilloughby Tosswill, deceased, of Pelorus Sound, sheepfarmer, on the' motion on petition of Mr Maude for loavo to sell land, an order was made accordingly. Prohato was granted in each of the following deceased person's estates: — John Adam Eissenhardt (Mr Harman), Michael Lysaght (Mr Buchanan), James Higgs (Mr Muff), Charles Goring (Mr Flesher), James Powrie (Mr Dougall). Letters of administration were granted in each of the following deceased person's estates: —Hannah Maria Gumming (Mr Campbell), James Stewart (Mr Hill), Matthew Charles Sheppard (slr Hunter).
