Reutcr says that Britain exercised separato and strong influence on King Nicholas, and Russia did tho same.
Tho Ambassadors' , Conferenco sug* gested that tho joint naval officers take over Scutari
Sir Edwatd Grey reminded the Conferenco that Austria and Italy had been charged with tho preparation of a draft project regarding the status of Albania, which would bo submitted at next meeting.
