CALIFORNIAN BILL PASSED

NEW YORK, May 4. The Californian Assembly, by 7q votes to 2, passed the Anti-alien Bill.
As a result of the Bill being passed, thirty-two societies on the Pacifio Coast J are issuing an appeal to the people of California, declaring that they havd been made the victims of eoheming politicians. The Californian Senate adopted the Antwdien Bill by 36 votes to 2. . It limits aliens who are unable to become United States citizens to tho specific rights conferred by the United. States Treaty, and the State specifically reserves tho sovereign right to enact any anti-alien land laws in tho future.
