(Before Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M.) UNDEFENDED CASES. Judgment was given for plaintiff in deiauit of deienuant in the toiiowiiu cases:—W. Collie (Mr Thomas) v. T. W. Smith, 10s; C. Allison (Mr Goodman) v. H E. White, £1 15s <3d; same v. Christina Obery, £1 0s 6d> iaylor and Co. (Mr Cuningham) v. Rose F. Horsfall, £0; G. Fairburn (Mr Rowe) v. A. Ransley, £1 14s 3d; Dougail and Upham (Mr Upham) v. G. l< , . Robinson, £2 ; and A. Simpson (Mr Leathern) v. W F. Hales, £10. CLAIM FOR COMMISSION.
Reserved judgment was given in the case l< , . L. Murray and Co. (Mr Weston) v. Nicholas Maffey (Mr Raymond). The case was a cairn for commission on the exchange of two properties, and after going carefuliy into the matter, the Magistrate fixed tho ilaim at £87. - Of this amount the defendant had paid £72 Is 9d, and after going into the evidence exhaustively, his Worship gave judgment for plaintiffs for the balance of £14 lijis 3d.
