Mr R. Isaacs presiding, fourteen Unions wero represented. The annual report stated that twenty Associations were now affiliated, and several new Associations would apply for affiliation shortly. Over a thousand copies of the handbook had been sold, and 300 distributed among primary schools. Tho balance of assets over liabilities was now £31 Is lOd. Mr Isaacs was re-elected president, and Mr J. Levers was elected secretary. Tho venue of the nest conference was left to the decision of tho executive.
