A REFUGEE'S ACCOUNT. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) .. SAN FRANCISCO, March 21. Colonel Alcade Trout, a refugee, asserts that Madero and Suariu were deliberately murdered. Suariz was throttled, not shot.
The plot leaked out to Madero's widow 'before it was consummated. The latter went to the American Ambassador, but the Ambassador refused to interfere.
