TARIFF REVISION
(By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) NEW YORK, March 20. The American bankers announce their withdrawal from the Chinese loan in consequence of Dr. Wilson's withdrawal of Government support.
Dr. Wilson is holding frequent meetings of the Cabinet to deal with the question of the recognition of the Chine&e Republic.
The President is arranging to rid the tariff frjht by frequent meetings of the party leaders at the Capitol and intends to conduct a campaign throughout the country, if necessary, to carry the Democratic tariff revision.
