CAPTAIN SCOTT'S WIDOW.
HONOURED BY THE KING. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) LONDON, February 24. It is officially stated that the King has granted Captain Scott's widow the same rank and precedence as if Captain Scott had been nominated a Knight Commander of the Bath, as ho would havo been if he had survived.
