Cabinet ordered the arrest of tho military officers concerned in tho affray in which ex-President Madero was killed. Tho United States Minister asserts that the crime occurred as the result of an attempt made by Madcro's friends to rescue him en routo to the prison to which he and Vice-President Suarez were being transferred at the suggestion oi the United States Minister, in order to secure for them moro. comfortable quarters. Madero was shot twico in the head, while Suarez was riddled with bullets.
