(By Cable.—Preas Association.—Copyright) MEXICO CITY, February 10. General Diaz leads a strong force. Troops are in possession of the city arsenal and powder works. The outlook for the Government is dark.
Goneral Reyes was imprisoned by the United States Government for starting a revolution in Texas.
He forfeited his bail and went to Santiago, where he was re-imprisoned.
General Felix Diaz has been proclaimed Dictator. President Madero is reported to have fled to the sea coast-
