Tho "Daily News" says that under tho Government education echemo the curriculum has been broadened, particularly in manual and technical instruction, and medical treatment and tho supply of free meals will b© extended. More universities, similar to that of Liverpool, will be opened to every boy and girl reaching tho inquired standard.
