They found several persons there, i>ut they were either boarders or employees The pol co evidence showed thnt one man. Si. Feeney, who was a boarder, was drunk, and lie had a drink before him in tiie bar. Trio first charge was dismissed, and on the second charge a fine of _2 was inflicted. ROW OX THE .STATION, "Wo are off one of the boats from London, and we only rami) up to town for a littlo jollification," remarked Frederick Farrow, who was charged, witu Georgo Outhbprt, with using threatening behaviour and bad language on the railway station last n.ght. A constable stated that he was summoned to the station, where he found several men lighting. When he approached tho accused, who wero fighting a man from another steamer, they used tho bad language complained of. Tho Magistrate said there was no doubt that a disturbance had occurred, and he fined each man £2, but as there was some doubt about the had language, this charge was dismissed.
