(By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received January 14th, 9.55 p.m.) WASHINGTON, January 14. Senor Manuel Calero, Mexican Ambassador to the United States, has resigned owing to differences with the Home Government. He advocates support for General Madcro, otherwise Mexico will bo deluged with blood by a series of revolutions. If the United States intervenes in Mexico, all tho Latin American Republics will take Mexico's part.
