(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) STRATFORD, January 1. The Stratford Racing Club's Annual Meeting opened to-day with a large attendance. Rain set in at noon, lasting all day, and considerably marring 'ho day's sport. "Tho sum of £10,907 was put through the totalisator, as oeainst £10,115 on the first day last year.
