THE MURDER DETAILED.

(Received December 23rd, 9.55 p.m.) AGRA, December 23. Budhu testified that Clark made powdered glass out of a lamp chimney, and instructed him to give it to his ■wife, but to bo careful not to put it in tho children's food. Subsequently Clark and Mrs Fulham asked him could he arrange to kill Mrs Clark. Witness promised to reply later. Witness spoke to Sukhia, who replied that he was unable, to do it for a hundred rupees, and wanted more. Witness took Sukhia to Mrs Fulhanvs house, and Mrs Fulham conversed for a long time with Sukhia. Payment beforehand was demanded, and was promised when the work was dene. It was arranged that tho money should bo entrusted to Budhu. About a week later Clark told Sukhia that he was handing the money to Budhu, and added: "Do tho job to-night." Witness accompanied Sukhia and Rambal to Budha Akanjore's house, where another man, whom Sukhia found in the bazaar, joined them. Budha. Akanjore handed Rambal a large knife, and all went to Clark's bungalow. Clark arrived, removed the barking dog, and quitted, while Budhu remained outside. Rambal returned, saying that he was unable to distinguish between mother and daughter, and Budhu pointed out tho forms Lα tho bed. The two men not arrested carried lamps, and Rambal and Sukhia stood behind a curtain near tho daughter. Budha Akanjore took a lamp, and the other man gave the ■woman a heavy cut, a.nd directly she shrieked another cut. She writhed and rolled over. Subsequently Rambal and Sukhia clamour d fo- payment, .and ho referred them to Clark. Wi!Vxess was not aware whether ho paid them, because he was arrested.
