The application cf the Woltham Club for a carnival on Bth February, and fTom the Wbarenui Club for a carnival on Sth Mnrch, were granted. Ihe Chmtchurch Ladies' Club wrote ins to control ibe School Girls' Championchip. A letter was received from the secretary of the Sprcydon Club, advising of the disbandenment of that club. The City Council wrote granting permission to the Centre to hod carnivals in ihe Municipal Bath on 26th and BOUI December, in lieu cf the 16th and 19th as formerly arranged' During: the evening; certificates wore preBcnt«d to h. Poison, P. A. Schwartz, tnd W. E. Gookson, for wine registered in connection with the last New Zealand Champion> ship meeting.
