HER FRIEND COMMITS SUICIDE.

I A codicil to Do Lay's will loft Mra Nowil! a considerable sum. Tho ovidenco at tho inquest on Do Lay indicated that thero was only friondliness between tho deceased and Mrs Nowill. i During tho search for Mrs Nowill, Do Lay seiecd a lieutenant of coastguards, remarking, "I will throw you over tho cliff too." Ho then suddenly apologised to tho officer, who warned tho police to watch him. A verdict of felo do so was roturnod.
